Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day sales activities including presentation and quotes
• Conduct virtual consultation to explain policy details and benefits in a clear and concise manner.
• Process new policy applications, ensuring all required information and documentation are complete and accurate
• Participate in training and weekly meetings to stay up to date on changes, updates, and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Sales, management, or customer-service experience is desirable but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a proactive approach to learning. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom
