Accurately collect information required by individual programs and correctly capture in specific program databases.* Completely and accurately document and/or triage all Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events and Product Quality Complaints in compliance with Inizio, Client and Federal guidelines and regulations, for all contact channel types, including but not limited to phone and email.* Complete literature fulfillment to customers* Exhibit effective communication and tele-management skills.* Converse with callers in an empathetic manner and facilitate the callers in their ability to understand medical terminology, as needed.* Possess effective organizational skills, including working with multiple projects simultaneously.* Adhere to all company policies and Standard Operating Procedures.* Display flexibility within department to maximize utilization, including performing administrative and non-telecommunication duties as needed.* Must safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality by following the guidelines set forth in the Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).**Job Holder Specification:*** High School Diploma required* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience preferred.* Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.* Competency with a computer keyboard and mouse.* Pleasant telephone manner* Ability to join frequent meetings and calls without disruption or disconnecting* Proficiency in reviewing intake documents thoroughly and entering information in database with little to no errors.* Proficiency with Word and Excel* Analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making.* Ability to multitask and manage multiple parallel projects with strong time management skills* Ability to join frequent meetings and calls without disruption or disconnecting**Our Benefits:*** Break paid between Christmas and New Years* Health Benefits as of day 1 of employment* Length of Service Awards* Quarterly Star Awards* Yearly Inizio Circle of Excellence Awards* Referral bonus* Library of online training courses***Salary range: 55K-56K*****About Inizio Engage :**Inizio Engage is a strategic, commercial, and creative engagement partner that specializes in healthcare.
