- Generate and attract aligned leads through our proven marketing system and advanced digital tools.
- Run brief scripted discovery and follow-up calls with pre-qualified prospects
- Manage your pipeline through proprietary CRM governance and AI-enabled workflows
- Attend weekly group training and personal growth Zoom sessions
- Invest in your own personal and leadership growth daily.
- Bring a vibrant, professional phone manner to every conversation
Requirements
Who You Are
- 7+ years in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Business Development with strong transferable skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and ready for a meaningful career change
- Vibrant, positive, kind, ethical, grounded, and a big thinker
- Disciplined enough to manage a remote practice solo
- Tech-comfortable with CRM platforms and AI tools
- Someone who treats "no thanks" as the start of a conversation, not the end
