Strategic IT Director at Plum Gas Solutions

Plum Gas Solutions

Lead technology initiatives at Plum Gas Solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategies and SGH IT standards. This role requires strategic vision combined with hands-on execution in a hybrid work model. Plum Gas Solutions is seeking a Director of IT to shape its technology roadmap, enhance cybersecurity practices, and streamline applications and infrastructure. This leadership position collaborates closely with Plum leadership while overseeing technology service delivery, cybersecurity adherence, and vendor management for effective operations. Key Responsibilities:

Develop Plum’s technology roadmap and investment plan
Serve as primary technology advisor to leadership
Manage operating model between Plum and SGH IT
Oversee Microsoft 365 and identity management
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
5+ years in IT leadership roles
Experience with Microsoft 365 and enterprise collaboration
Strong project management and communication skills
Ability to evaluate business application needs
