Director of Regulatory Policy Saskatchewan

Lead regulatory initiatives at the Credit Union Deposit Guarantee Corporation in Saskatchewan. As a Director, you will influence the financial stability of credit unions while collaborating with a dedicated team.
We are looking for a confident and motivated Director to join our Regulation team. Reporting to the Associate Vice-President, you will research, develop, and implement policies that strengthen confidence in our credit union system. Your role will provide diverse experience in the financial services industry, engaging with various stakeholders to meet corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and develop regulatory policy initiatives for credit unions
• Monitor and analyze financial performance/risk trends
• Conduct ongoing research in the financial services sector
• Build strong working relationships to support corporate goals
• Provide operational leadership to achieve corporate objectives
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in business or commerce
• 5-10 years in financial services or regulatory fields
• Knowledge of policy development and financial analysis
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in stakeholder presentations and discussions
Drive regulatory excellence and enhance the credit union landscape in Saskatchewan.
