Expected Start Date: September 21, 2026 Union: OOS Facility: Saskatchewan Health Authority City/Town: Regina Department: Senior Leadership Team Quality Improvement - Patient Experience &Strategy Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 37.5 hours per 1 weeks Relief: No Float: No Salary or Pay Band: As per Terms and Conditions of Employment Travel Required: Yes Human Resources Exemption: NoJob : The Executive Assistant is directly accountable to the Vice President of the Saskatchewan Health Authority, providing executive & project support in a one to one working relationship. Serving as the primary contact for internal & external stakeholders, the Executive Assistant acts as a liaison with the portfolio, Senior Leadership Team & Office of the Chief Executive Officer. The role supports the efficient operation of the Vice President's portfolio & Executive Office through timely & effective administrative support. Working collaboratively with senior leaders, the incumbent assists in achieving SHA objectives through research, analysis & the development of policies, briefings & proposals. Strong collaboration, coordination, organizational, project management & communication skills are essential. The position also coordinates workflow with Executive Office administrative staff & may provide support to the CEO, COO & other Senior Leadership Team members as required.
