What will your typical day look like?

 

As a Senior Consultant in our Risk Tech and Data Team, you will support and advise on a range of projects, from conducting current state assessments to designing and implementing Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) technology solutions.

 

The role demands curiosity, proactivity and quick learning, with the expectation that you dive into the material, contribute ideas, and remain open to learning and adapting to changing client needs.

 

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for:

 

• Leading client workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into GRC technology solutions, while producing high-quality deliverables
• Designing GRC technology solutions to drive robust risk management practices
• Working closely with cross functional teams (technical, data, integrations, testing) to deliver integrated end to end solutions.
• Supporting software development lifecycle activities including writing user stories, test scripts, end-user training and user guides.
• Understanding our clients’ unique and complex needs and provide them with functional expertise, valuable and actionable information, and recommendations.
• Proactively identifying risks, gaps, or dependencies within assigned workstreams and escalate appropriately.

In addition, you bring the following:

 

• 2-5 year(s) of experience in technology consulting
• Analytical in nature, passionate about data, technology and continuously learning new software and tools
• Proficiency in report writing, presentations, and communication, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Proven project management and organization skills and enjoys working in a dynamic, innovative and creative team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information and develop clear, actionable insights.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize across multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.
• Experience with, or eagerness to learn prompt engineering and the use of GenAI to drive delivery efficiencies
• Stay current with GRC technology capabilities, updates, and best practices to continuously enhance delivery quality.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
