Customer Service Manager to Automobiles McConvilles Garage Location 306 Montfort Street Vanier, ON Salary 42.00 to 44.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 3,000 hours per week Full time Day, 08:00 to 14:30 Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 5 years or more Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting Motor vehicle repair shop Responsibilities: Direct and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Manage staff and assign duties Implement price and credits policies Develop and implement marketing strategies Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses Determine staffing requirements Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Tight deadlines Personal suitability Adaptability Efficiency Goal-oriented Quick learner Efficient interpersonal skills Between 08:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m. Until: 2026-10-13
