Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar is looking for passionate, motivated Line Cooks to join our experienced and award-winning culinary team.
Located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, Boulevard is a chef-driven restaurant known for refined West Coast cuisine, exceptional seafood, strong technique and genuine hospitality.

WHAT WE OFFER
• $22–$25/hour based on experience

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Execute dishes to Boulevard’s standards during busy service
• Maintain a clean, organized and efficient station
• Complete daily prep with consistency and attention to detail
• Work closely with the Chef and kitchen team
• Communicate effectively during service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization and food quality

• Previous line-cook experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good communication and teamwork
• Calm and focused under pressure
• Pride in your station and your work
• A genuine passion for cooking and hospitality
• A desire to learn and continually improve
