Line Cook

Glasshouse is looking for a motivated Line Cook who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our culinary program. This is a great opportunity to be part of a creative kitchen team and help shape new menu items and tasting menus.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and cook dishes to our standards during service
• Assist with prep, mise en place, and station setup
• Collaborate with chefs on new menu development and tasting menu concepts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation
• Follow recipes, plating guides, and kitchen procedures
• Support a positive, learning-focused team environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience is an asset, but not required
• Strong desire to learn and grow as a cook
• Willingness to take direction, ask questions, and improve
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Food Safe certification is preferred
