We are currently looking for Line Cooks to join both our Lunch and Dinner service teams. Whether you’re looking for a daytime position, an evening position, or are open to either, we’d love to hear from you.

Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar is looking for passionate, motivated Line Cooks to join our experienced and award-winning culinary team.
Located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, Boulevard is a chef-driven restaurant known for refined West Coast cuisine, exceptional seafood, strong technique and genuine hospitality.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Execute dishes to Boulevard’s standards during busy service
- Maintain a clean, organized and efficient station
- Complete daily prep with consistency and attention to detail
- Work closely with the Chef and kitchen team
- Communicate effectively during service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization and food quality
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous line-cook experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good communication and teamwork
- Calm and focused under pressure
- Pride in your station and your work
- A genuine passion for cooking and hospitality
- A desire to learn and continually improve
Experience is an asset, but attitude, work ethic and a willingness to learn are equally important.
