About us: Tacofino began as a food truck in the back of a surf shop in beautiful Tofino, British Columbia. We balanced surfing with creating world-inspired food from the best possible ingredients and wrapping them in delicious fresh tortillas. We have since grown into 10 restaurants and 3 food trucks across BC.
We are successful because we believe in staying true to where we came from, serving high-quality creative food with the best possible ingredients, adapting to and giving back to the communities we operate in and have teams made up of fantastic individuals. To continue to build a profitable restaurant group that our team, guests and our communities are proud and excited to be a part of.

Food preparation: cutting, portioning, frying, baking, following recipes, putting away orders, and cleaning of kitchen tools and facility as required
Ensure all food preparation and storage procedures are followed as outlined by *Vancouver Coastal Health, to include FIFO and appropriate labeling
Playing a role in ensuring a respectful workplace environment by professional communication with all team members and customers
At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced & professional kitchen environment
A strong passion for food
Food Safe Level 1 an asset
Ability to work evenings and weekends, according to the needs of the business
