The Vensuris Group is looking for a highly creative Content Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist to become the driving force behind the online presence of multiple growing brands. This is an opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants real ownership, not just scheduling posts, but helping shape how our companies show up every single day. Your mission is simple: make sure our brands are always active, always engaging, and always telling great stories.

The Vensuris Group invests in and grows businesses across real estate, technology, software and other high-performance industries. Every company has its own story, customers and opportunities, and you'll help bring those stories to life. No two days are the same, and neither is the content.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll own content creation across our portfolio by:

• Creating engaging social media content for multiple brands every week.
• Capturing photos, videos and behind-the-scenes moments that showcase our businesses.
• Writing compelling posts, articles, newsletters and website content.
• Planning and managing content calendars to keep every brand consistently active.
• Using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjour-ney, Canva AI and others to create content faster and better.
• Spotting trends, jumping on opportunities and finding new ways to grow engagement.
• Supporting digital campaigns with landing pages, email marketing and paid social content.
• Tracking what performs well and constantly improving our content strategy.
• Working directly with leadership to turn ideas into content that gets noticed.

• Enjoys writing, filming, editing and designing.
• Is curious about AI and excited to use new technology every day.
• Notices great marketing wherever you see it.
• Has lots of ideas and enjoys turning them into reality.
• Is organized enough to juggle multiple brands without missing a beat.
• Takes ownership and likes seeing your work make an impact.

Whether you've built your own social channels, managed content for a previous employer, freelanced, or recently graduated with an impressive portfolio, we'd love to see what you've created.

You'll Stand Out If You Have Experience With

• Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar)
• ChatGPT and other AI tools
• Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Google Analytics or social analytics
• SEO and website content
• Meta or Google Ads
