Director Manufacturing Operations Supply Chain

Manufacturing operations and supply chain leadership define this Pickering position, focused on planning, procurement, inventory, and logistics performance.As Director, Manufacturing Operations & Supply Chain, you report to the CEO and lead assigned operational leaders and teams. You integrate demand, labour, equipment capacity, materials, and cannabis ingredients across manufacturing functions. Collaboration spans Extraction, Formulation, Product Development, Quality, Finance, and Sales to resolve constraints and improve delivery, productivity, cost, and inventory reliability.Key Responsibilities:
Lead operational teams with clear authority and performance expectationsApprove manufacturing plans and oversee master production schedulingDirect production readiness, execution, staffing, and equipment utilizationSet procurement priorities and oversee supplier negotiationsControl inventory, warehousing, logistics, budgets, and improvement measuresRequirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experienceSubstantial progressive manufacturing operations leadership experienceExperience leading production and multiple supply chain functionsExperience in regulated manufacturing environmentsKnowledge of planning, inventory controls, ERP or MRP processesLead CannaPiece manufacturing operations through accountable teams, integrated planning, compliant execution, and dependable supply chain controls.
