À titre de gestionnaire de comptes , vous serez responsable de la gestion et de l'optimisation des contrats de service pour un portefeuille diversifié de clients provenant de différents secteurs d'activité. À titre de partenaire d'affaires de confiance, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la performance opérationnelle, la fidélisation de la clientèle et l'amélioration continue de la prestation des services.
Votre leadership, votre vision stratégique et votre approche axée sur le client vous permettront de contribuer directement au succès de vos clients et de l'organisation.

Principales responsabilités du gestionnaire de comptes
- Développer et maintenir une connaissance approfondie des comptes clients, des contrats de service et des devis techniques.
- Assurer la gestion opérationnelle et administrative des contrats clients, notamment le contrôle des coûts, la gestion du temps supplémentaire et le suivi des comptes recevables.
- Identifier, analyser et résoudre les enjeux opérationnels et contractuels en proposant des solutions stratégiques et efficaces favorisant l'atteinte des objectifs d'affaires.
- Effectuer des visites régulières chez les clients et développer des relations professionnelles durables.
- Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel en agissant comme principal point de contact pour les comptes sous votre responsabilité.
- Encadrer, soutenir et accompagner les coordonnateurs(trices) aux opérations en favorisant la collaboration et leur développement professionnel.
- Collaborer avec l'équipe d'acquisition de talents afin de planifier les besoins en main-d'œuvre et d'assurer une planification efficace des effectifs.
- Promouvoir les produits et services de GardaWorld en identifiant des occasions de développement auprès de la clientèle existante.
Qualifications et compétences recherchées
- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en gestion, en finance ou dans une discipline connexe.
- Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire en gestion de comptes, gestion des opérations ou services à la clientèle.
- Excellente maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique, rapide et en constante évolution.
- Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et capacité à gérer efficacement plusieurs priorités simultanément.
- Leadership démontré ainsi que d'excellentes habiletés en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de planification et de résolution de problèmes.
- Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est requis afin de servir efficacement notre clientèle anglophone.
