Job Description

Description: As a key member of the HR Analytics & Insights team the HRIS Analyst serves as a strategic partner to HR stakeholders and IT functions across BNP Paribas Americas. This role is responsible for the end-to-end support maintenance and continuous enhancement of our HR technology ecosystem encompassing both standard enterprise platforms and proprietary in-house applications.
The successful candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive digital transformation leading initiatives to automate workflows streamline data integration and align regional practices with global standards. The role ensures that our HR technology suite provides high-quality actionable data to support business decision-making and operational excellence.
