Contribute to a transformative project as an Experienced ServiceNow Developer in a hybrid work environment. This role focuses on implementing ServiceNow modules to enhance operational efficiency. As an Experienced ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for configuring ServiceNow Discovery and ensuring successful integration with third-party tools. Your deep expertise in network protocols is crucial for optimizing our cloud platform. This contract position aims to create an employee-centric and compliant workspace. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage ServiceNow MID Server and Discovery
- Create custom probes, sensors, and effective patterns
- Oversee third-party integrations with ServiceNow
- Accurately manage CMDB population processes
- Implement Workplace Service Delivery and Health & Safety modules
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow and Discovery
- Proficiency in network protocols (SNMP, WMI, etc.)
- Proven track record in CMDB management
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications advantageous
- Strong collaboration skills for effective team dynamics
