Experienced Backend Developer with TypeScript

Transform backend systems as a Senior Backend Developer proficient in TypeScript at one of our hybrid locations: Montreal, Toronto, or Mississauga. Contribute to discussions on architecture while developing robust code. We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer with extensive experience in Microservices and Node.js. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with Solution Architects to create maintainable and scalable backend solutions. Your ability to grasp complex business domains efficiently will be an asset as you mentor fellow engineers and uphold technical standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deploy high-quality APIs and backend services with TypeScript
- Collaborate with architects to implement architectural patterns
- Maintain code quality by adhering to best practices
- Design resilient backend systems to meet business objectives
- Engage in code reviews providing insightful feedback
- 10+ years in backend development
- Strong skills in TypeScript and Node.js frameworks
- Proven experience with RESTful API design
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proficient in problem-solving and debugging
