Experienced HVAC and Refrigeration Mechanic Needed On-Site

We are seeking an experienced On-Site HVAC and Refrigeration Mechanic to join our dedicated facilities team. Leverage your skills in maintenance and repair to ensure optimal operation of heating and cooling systems. This full-time position requires expertise in HVAC systems and a passion for problem-solving. You must possess the necessary certifications, including the 313A Mechanic, and have substantial experience in commercial settings. You will work in a diverse atmosphere committed to equity and inclusion. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage installation and maintenance of HVAC systems
- Support the troubleshooting of system issues
- Collaborate with contractors and team members
- Conduct repairs on refrigeration and cooling units
- Perform additional assigned tasks efficiently
- 313A Refrigeration Technician Certification mandatory
- Gas Technician 1 Certification required
- Minimum five years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong planning and time management abilities
