Expert Site Reliability Engineer Needed

Join Insight Global as an Expert Site Reliability Engineer to enhance cloud service reliability for a renowned SaaS enterprise. Engage in incident response, database support, and CI/CD automation. This full-time position requires a focus on performance within Production, Customer Sales, and Professional Services environments. You will be instrumental in defining SLIs/SLOs and maintaining database solutions, contributing to both automation and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure reliability in cloud operations across environments
• Assist in incident response and SLA definition
• Create automated monitoring and alert systems
• Support SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle databases
• Document operational procedures and runbooks

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in related positions
• Solid understanding of SQL Server and cloud databases
• Proficient with scripting in PowerShell or Python
• Familiar with CI/CD processes and tools
• Experience with application performance monitoring
