Die Rolle
Als Content Director verantwortest du unser gesamtes Content-Ökosystem. Du produzierst nicht Inhalte, du baust Marken, die ihren Markt dominieren.
Dafür brauchst du keine Einarbeitung in unsere Welt. Du kommst aus dem Personal-Branding-, Creator- oder Agentur-Umfeld, aus Online-Bildung, Coaching oder Consulting, oder du hast selbst Kanäle im Finanz- und Business-Bereich groß gemacht. Du kennst die Zielgruppe, die Plattformlogik und den Unterschied zwischen Reichweite und Umsatz.
Und du willst mehr. Diese Rolle gehört jemandem, der den Anspruch hat, den größten Content-Auftritt seiner Branche zu bauen, und der sich daran messen lassen will. Wer hier auf klare Ansagen wartet, ist falsch.
Deine Aufgaben
Strategie und Content-Konzept
Gesamtstrategie für alle Kanäle (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Konzeption von Formaten, Serien und Positionierung
Trend-Research und Ideation, führen statt folgen
Entwicklung von Hooks, Skripten und viralen Content-Mechaniken
Storytelling rund um den Aufbau zur 100-Mio.-Company
Plattform und Performance
Analyse von Watch-Time, Drop-offs und Performance-Daten
Konkrete Optimierungen aus Creator-Analytics ableiten
Einsatz von KI-Tools (AI-First-Ansatz) in Ideation, Skripting und Analyse
Testing, Iteration und Skalierung von Content-Formaten
Steuerung eines strukturierten Content-Kalenders
Entwicklung von Content aus Interviews und Rohmaterial
Umsetzung
Aktive Mitwirkung vor der Kamera
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Editing, Social und Leadership
Aufbau skalierbarer Content-Systeme
Ergebnisse, an denen du gemessen wirst
Wachstum der Kanäle in Reichweite, Watch-Time und Followern

Erfahrung in unserer oder einer vergleichbaren Branche: Personal Branding, Creator-Business, Social-Media- oder Marketing-Agentur, Online-Bildung, Coaching oder Consulting
