So sieht dein Job bei uns aus:
Strategie: Du verantwortest die Gesamtstrategie für Instagram, TikTok und YouTube – Formate, Serien, Positionierung.
Ideation: Trend-Research, Hooks, Skripte und virale Mechaniken. Du führst, statt zu folgen.
Performance: Watch-Time, Drop-offs, Creator-Analytics – du leitest daraus konkrete Optimierungen ab.
Testing: Formate testen, iterieren, skalieren. Was funktioniert, geht in den Kalender.
Takt: Du steuerst einen strukturierten Content-Kalender, der auch gehalten wird.
Umsetzung: Du wirkst aktiv vor der Kamera mit und arbeitest eng mit Editing, Social und Leadership.
System: Du baust Content-Systeme, die auch ohne dich als Nadelöhr laufen.

Du hast nachweisbare Content-Erfolge mit konkreten Zahlen, idealerweise aus Personal Branding, Creator-Business, Agentur, Online-Bildung oder Coaching.

Ein AI-First-Mindset, Grundverständnis für Editing und Erfahrung vor der Kamera sind ein starkes Plus.
