The Role:

We're looking for an energetic Digital Content Manager who will contribute to Webrunner's own content strategy. In this role, your primary focus will be on boosting our brand awareness, driving new leads, and helping us stand out as the go-to agency for the home improvement industry. You will be responsible for crafting, organizing, and analyzing content—whether it's for our blog, social media, email campaigns, or other marketing channels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Creation : Develop and execute a holistic content plan to shine a spotlight on Webrunner's brand, expertise, and unique voice.
  • Editorial Calendar Management : Plan and schedule our blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and more—making sure everything goes out on time and aligns with our brand message.
  • Case Studies & Success Stories : Gather client insights, collaborate with project teams, and write compelling case studies to demonstrate our impact in the home improvement industry.
  • Collaboration with Social Media : Work closely with our Social Media Managers to align on content themes, create platform-specific assets, and support social campaigns that drive engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Performance Analysis : Track content performance (e.g., website traffic, social engagement, email open rates) and use insights to refine your strategy and drive stronger results.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with our design, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Innovation & Trends : Stay on top of emerging marketing trends, new platforms, and creative formats to keep our content fresh, fun, and on the cutting edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing roles (focusing on brand building is a plus!).
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to our brand's personality.
  • Strong understanding of audience engagement strategies and how to cultivate an online community.
  • Familiarity with SEO concepts, marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and social media management platforms.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage an editorial calendar.
  • A flair for creativity, innovation, and outside-the-box thinking.
  • Knowledge of basic CMS (e.g., WordPress) or HTML is a bonus but not required.
  • Detail-oriented with a desire to continually learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Le rôle :

Nous recherchons un(e) Content Marketing Manager dynamique pour prendre en charge la stratégie de contenu de Webrunner. Dans ce rôle, vous serez axé(e) sur la mise en valeur de notre marque, la génération de prospects et la démonstration de notre position de chef de file dans l'industrie de la rénovation domiciliaire. Vous serez responsable de la conception, de l'organisation et de l'analyse du contenu que nous produisons—qu'il s'agisse de nos articles de blog, de nos médias sociaux, de nos campagnes par courriel ou de tout autre canal marketing. Principales responsabilités :

  • Stratégie & Création de Contenu : Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un plan de contenu global pour mettre en lumière la marque, l'expertise et le ton unique de Webrunner.
  • Gestion du Calendrier Éditorial : Planifier et programmer nos articles de blog, publications sur les réseaux sociaux, infolettres, etc. en veillant à respecter les délais et la cohérence de notre image de marque.
  • Études de Cas & Histoires de Réussite : Recueillir les données de nos clients, collaborer avec les équipes de projet et rédiger des études de cas convaincantes afin de démontrer notre impact dans l'industrie de la rénovation domiciliaire.
  • Collaboration avec l'Équipe des Médias Sociaux : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos gestionnaires de médias sociaux pour aligner les thèmes, créer des supports adaptés à chaque plateforme et soutenir les campagnes sociales visant l'engagement et la fidélité à la marque
  • Analyse de Performance : Suivre les performances du contenu (trafic web, engagement sur les réseaux sociaux, taux d'ouverture d'e-mails) et optimiser vos approches pour obtenir de meilleurs résultats.
  • Collaboration : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes design, marketing et direction pour maintenir la cohérence de la marque sur l'ensemble des points de contact.
  • Innovation & Tendances : Rester à l'affût des tendances émergentes, des nouvelles plateformes et des formats créatifs afin de garder notre contenu innovant et percutant.

Qualifications :

  • Baccalauréat en marketing, communication, anglais ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en marketing de contenu, rédaction ou marketing numérique (focalisé sur le développement de marque, un atout!).
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en rédaction et en storytelling, avec la capacité d'adapter le ton et le style à notre personnalité de marque.
  • Solide compréhension des stratégies d'engagement et de la création de communautés en ligne.
  • Connaissance des concepts SEO, des outils d'analyse marketing (p. ex. Google Analytics) et des plateformes de gestion des réseaux sociaux.
  • Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs projets, à respecter les délais et à diriger un calendrier éditorial.
  • Esprit créatif, novateur et curieux.
  • Connaissance de base du CMS (p. ex. WordPress) ou du HTML, un plus (pas obligatoire).
  • Grand souci du détail et volonté de s'adapter et d'apprendre dans un environnement dynamique.
