Bilingual Customer Support Representative

- Manage inbound and outbound calls in both languages
- Assist with customer billing and account adjustments
- Accurately record customer interactions and issues
- Forward complex problems to the relevant department
- Strive to meet daily and monthly performance goals
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Bilingual fluency in English and French is a must
- GED or high school diploma required
- Proficient interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in bilingual customer support is preferred
