Customer Service Representative
Altasciences
Altasciences seeks a Customer Service Representative to handle initial clinical trial participant inquiries and pre-screening activities in Montreal. The role involves answering calls, assessing eligibility, scheduling appointments, and maintaining participant records while adhering to clinical research standards and confidentiality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Provide prospective participants with clinical trial information and organizational details
- Answer incoming calls and process web applications from clinical trial participants
- Conduct pre-screening activities and contact past/potential participants to assess eligibility
- Schedule screening and clinical trial appointments and update participant management software
- Escalate issues, problems, and frequently asked questions to appropriate departments and supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma minimum; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service call center environment
- Fluent in both French and English with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of clinical research and medical terminology (asset)
