Lead nursing education and patient care improvements as a Clinical Resource Nurse in Port Moody, BC. The role combines clinical expertise with training initiatives in community health. Fraser Health is hiring a Clinical Resource Nurse for Community Programs within home health services. You'll leverage your nursing skills to deliver high-quality education and support in the Tri-Cities. Collaborate with teams to refine processes, research best practices, and elevate the standards of care in the community. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical consultations and leadership in nursing
- Assess and implement educational needs for staff
- Promote policies for effective patient care and outcomes
- Facilitate client self-care and health maintenance
- Engage in quality improvement and safety audits
- Active registration as an RN or RPN in BC
- Three years of relevant clinical experience
- Experience in an educational, leadership capacity
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle access
- Strong foundation in nursing theory and evidence-based practice
