The Opportunity

Leavitt Machinery is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Parts Operations Administrator to join our team in Coquitlam, BC . As the Parts Operations Administrator, you will work closely with the Parts Administration team to ensure prompt and accurate vendor return processing and timely receipt of products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Parts Operations Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage purchase orders and perform data entry in Microsoft AX ERP system
• Communicate with vendors and resources to address order challenges, delays, and backorders
• Follow up with vendors on outstanding orders
• Reduce inbound costs through order consolidation and vendor freight strategies
• Maintain up to date knowledge of the Parts department and related business processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

• At least one year of administrative and/or customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• Post-secondary education in business, operations, or a related discipline is an asset

The base pay range for this role is: $43,000-$49,000 annually.

This is a hybrid role based in Coquitlam, BC . Please note that after the first 3 months of employment, work can be performed from home two days per week.
