You will collaborate closely with Branch Managers and supervisors to enhance the safety culture and ensure adherence to local OH&S standards. Your expertise and passion for safety will guide teams through best practices and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct workplace investigations and safety audits
- Monitor compliance using in-house databases
- Liaise with safety regulatory authorities and clients
- Provide training on safety best practices
- Assist in enhancing safety culture throughout operations
- 3-5 years’ experience in heavy construction
- OH&S Certificate, CRSP, or NCSO preferred
- Knowledge of provincial safety legislation
- Clean driver's license for company vehicle operation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
