Florist Freelance

Job Responsibility:

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced freelance florist to assist with customer orders for the busy Mother's Day week. This temporary role involves taking orders(phone/online order), providing floral recommendations, and preparing arrangements to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the floral industry, be fluent in English, and be able to work independently to meet the demands of this special occasion.

Responsibilities

• Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for Mother's Day and Daily Walk-in.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting flowers and arrangements that suit their needs.
• Accurately handle cash and process transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain the shop's inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring all products are fresh and of high quality.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding order details, delivery options, and care instructions for floral arrangements.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a florist, with a strong portfolio of floral arrangements.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to take and manage customer orders, offering personalized advice on floral selections to meet their needs.
• Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of floral design principles and techniques.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, temporary freelance role, especially during peak seasons like Mother's Day.
• Previous experience in floral design or a related field is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Proficiency in cash handling and experience with POS systems.
• Background in retail sales is a plus, with the ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.

• Creativity and artistic eye for floral design
