Senior Finance Director Position Available

Join our team as a Senior Finance Director, managing financial reporting and strategy while overseeing the finance team. Work under the CFOO in a pivotal leadership role. As the Finance Director, you will assess existing processes and implement improvements across financial planning, reporting, and compliance. This role demands strong leadership and communication skills as you ensure adherence to regulations and guide the team through audits and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate issuance of financial statements and reports
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Coordinate cross-functional financial reporting initiatives
- Monitor compliance with debt covenants and financial policies
- Oversee the development and training of the accounting team
- 5+ years of financial leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with CPA certification
- Bilingual in French and English required
- Strong experience in financial analysis
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
