In your role as the DevOps Sub-Discipline Manager, you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to optimizing configuration management and deploy solutions that advance project outcomes. You will champion automation practices, ensuring robust support for the ongoing development within the DevOps landscape. Your strategic guidance will help foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement automated configuration solutions
• Lead efforts in building reusable automation tools
• Address complex server configuration and automation challenges
• Establish KPIs to evaluate DevOps effectiveness
• Mentor teams in using CI/CD pipelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or college diploma in relevant field
• At least 5 years of senior DevOps experience
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in Windows and Linux server management
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and scripting languages
