Technical Lead for Control Testing

• Implement and drive standardized risk-based control testing
• Conduct scoping, sampling, and evidence evaluations
• Leverage automation to enhance testing depth and efficiency
• Produce thematic analysis and high-quality reporting
• Represent the team in key leadership engagements Requirements:
• 5+ years in Technology Risk, Audit, or Business Resiliency
• Relevant professional qualifications preferred
• Experience with data analytics and GRC tools
• Proven critical thinking and leadership skills
• Capacity to operate across global locations Lead the transformation in control testing and risk awareness at Manulife.
