Drive innovation in game production at EA SPORTS FC, Vancouver. As an Associate Producer, you will lead diverse technology teams to create engaging gaming experiences in a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will coordinate core technology teams, ensuring priority alignment and effective execution of shared goals. You’ll manage backlogs, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and be a trusted production partner for technical leadership. Leveraging your strong organizational skills, you will identify risks early and streamline workflows to enhance collaboration across teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple core technology teams for effective project execution
• Plan and track backlogs and milestones for franchise support
• Partner with senior producers to prioritize and drive decisions
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Maintain clear communication for all stakeholders Requirements:
• 5+ years in game production or technical project management
• Proven management of complex, interdependent projects
• Strong organizational skills in technical environments
• Experience with agile methodologies and production tools
