Learning Program Manager - Sales Focus

Assent

Become a vital part of Assent’s sales strategy as a Learning Program Manager. Design and govern programs that amplify sales effectiveness and directly support business growth goals. As the Learning Program Manager, you will work closely with the Sales organization, translating their needs and performance data into structured, actionable programs. Your role emphasizes the integration of AI tools to enhance operational effectiveness and insights, ensuring that the team meets and exceeds quota objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Sales to identify program needs
Create measurable programs from GTM and revenue strategies
Set thorough program goals and governance measures
Coordinate new initiatives with a focus on strategic relevance
Report and analyze success metrics utilizing technology tools

Requirements:

3+ years in enablement or learning program management
Relevant experience in sales or revenue-generating environments
Understanding of popular sales methodologies
Ability to develop organized processes and manage timeliness
Strong analytical skills aligned with performance improvement
