Elevate your HR career with Knak as a People Operations Expert focused on enhancing employee experiences and operational excellence. Your role will balance people management with innovative process improvements. As part of the Employee Success team, you will ensure smooth operations throughout the employee lifecycle. You’ll be key in delivering outstanding support, maintaining HRIS data integrity, and leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, ultimately fostering a strong employer brand and culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage People Operations throughout the employee lifecycle
- Coordinate employee events and culture initiatives
- Maintain documentation and HR compliance
- Provide insightful People reporting for informed decisions
- Support recruitment processes and candidate management
- 3-5 years in HR/People Operations
- Strong background with HRIS, preferably BambooHR
- Knowledge of Canadian employment standards
- Exceptional detail orientation and organizational skills
- Experience leveraging AI for HR improvements
