Intermediate Project Scheduler Northern Ontario

Optimize project schedules as an Intermediate Scheduler in Northern Ontario. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams while ensuring accurate progress tracking. Strong analytical and communication skills are crucial for effective coordination. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain project schedules according to established frameworks
- Update schedules based on team inputs and progress
- Collect and validate data across engineering and construction
- Generate routine reports for management review
- Support coordination efforts with contractors and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma required
- 4–8 years of project scheduling experience needed
- Proficient in Oracle Primavera P6 and Excel
- Familiarity with project controls concepts is a plus
- Relevant certifications like PMP or AACE preferred
