Being a full time private boarding secondary school, it has offered Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) and A-level qualifications.
Position Summary
The University Relations Director is responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with universities and colleges (Primarily responsible for UK and Australian universities), supporting student post-secondary placements, and contributing to student recruitment through strong academic pathways and institutional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
University Partnership Development
- Build and maintain relationships with universities and colleges (mainly responsible for UK And Austranlian Universities)
- Act as the main liaison between the school and post‑secondary institutions
- Coordinate university visits, presentations, and campus tours
- Explore and establish partnership opportunities (pathways, conditional offers, articulation agreements)
Student Application & Placement Support
- Guide students through UK (UCAS) and Australia (direct application) processes
- Advise on program selection, personal statements, and admission strategies
- Track application progress, offers, and final placements
- Support students in meeting admission requirements and deadlines
Marketing & Events
- Organize UK & Australia university fairs, info sessions, and workshops
- Coordinate visits from university representatives (online and on campus)
- Support marketing campaigns focused on UK/Australia pathways
- Deliver presentations to students and parents
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience in education, admissions, recruitment, or university relations preferred
- Strong knowledge of university application processes (Canada/US/UK an asset)
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
