Saskatchewan Social Service Navigator
Findhelp Information Services
Help connect communities in Saskatchewan as a Social Service Navigator with Findhelp. This full-time, temporary position requires a compassionate approach to service navigation across various platforms. Findhelp is aim to hire a skilled Service Navigator for a one-year term. With a strong focus on assisting clients in accessing essential health and social services, you will utilize your strong communication and problem-solving skills. This position is designed for candidates who are passionate about making a difference and reducing barriers to access through empathetic interactions and informed support. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize multiple platforms to link clients to services
- Effectively conduct client needs assessments
- Provide anti-oppressive and trauma-informed support
- Strive for excellence in service delivery
- Work according to a flexible and rotating schedule
- Minimum 2 years of relevant social services experience
- Committed to principles of equity and inclusion
- Strong skills in collaboration and teamwork
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Familiarity with social service systems in the community
