Talent Acquisition Expert for Engaging Hospitality Opportunities

Join our recruitment team to attract outstanding talent and enhance our brand! In this vital role, focus on strategic applicant sourcing and community engagement to build a top-performing workforce. As an experienced recruiter, you’ll have 1-2 years of relevant background in talent acquisition or HR. This position involves defining effective sourcing strategies, partnering with property leadership, and nurturing community relationships. You'll also play a vital role in improving hiring processes and maintaining a streamlined applicant experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective applicant sourcing strategies
- Partner with leadership for recruitment alignment
- Conduct screenings and interviews of candidates
- Organize job fairs and recruitment events
- Utilize HR software and tracking systems effectively
- 1-2 years in Recruitment or HR roles
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems essential
- Bachelor’s degree or related diploma preferred
- Ability to obtain a Cat 2 license
- Previous hospitality experience is a strong asset
