Remote Call Center Sales Representative

Initiate outbound calls to target customers
Present and promote products and offers
Qualify leads and arrange follow-up as needed
Track and maintain customer interaction records
Meet and exceed targeted call and conversion metrics

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older
Educational requirement: high school diploma or equivalent
Experience in outbound sales or call center preferred
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated with ability to work independently
