Responsibilities:

o Lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service, guest satisfaction, and adherence to quality standards.

o Train, mentor, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and dishwashers, to maintain a high-level of performance and professionalism.

o Develop and manage employee schedules, assigning tasks efficiently to optimize restaurant productivity.

o Monitor inventory levels and proactively order supplies to meet operational needs.

o Uphold rigorous cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.

o Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, aiming to resolve issues to their satisfaction.

o Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations and standards.

o Formulate and execute strategies to drive restaurant sales and profitability.

o Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and introduce new menu offerings and specials.

o Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications:

o Proven experience in a managerial capacity within the hospitality sector is essential.

o Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a talent for motivating and managing diverse teams.

o Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster positive interpersonal relationships.

o Proficient in food handling protocols and knowledgeable about food safety regulations.

o Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for streamlined order processing and inventory management.

o Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adeptly handle multiple responsibilities.

o Strong problem-solving aptitude and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.

o Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
