URGENT: Housekeeper Wanted - Part Time Household Assistant And Housekeeper Needed At Sherwood Park, Ab Acreage

Seeking one reliable, experienced and proactive individual to assist with managing a private home located on an acreage outside Sherwood Park. We are looking for an independent individual who will attend consistently and become familiar with the home, routines and preferences, rather than a cleaning company or rotating crew. This is an ongoing position offering a minimum of approximately 15 hours per week over two consistent days. Sunday availability is preferred, with flexibility regarding the second day. Morning and daytime availability is preferred. Some weeks may offer additional hours depending on household needs, errands or scheduled appointments. Other responsibilities may also become available as the position develops. Responsibilities will include:

• General house cleaning and tidying
• Laundry, folding and changing bedding
• Light organizing
• Grocery shopping and household restocking
• Meal planning, preparation and cooking
• Dry cleaning and package pickup or returns
• Basic household errands
• Occasionally being present for repair professionals or service appointments
• Identifying and completing small tasks required to keep the household running smoothly

The successful candidate should genuinely enjoy cooking and be confident preparing a variety of fresh, flavourful meals suited to the homeowner’s preferences. Someone who takes pride in planning and preparing enjoyable meals would be an excellent fit. We are looking for someone who is trustworthy, organized, proactive and able to work independently with minimal direction. A valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, strong references and a current criminal record check will be required.
