Clarity Law is a sole practitioner law firm in Saskatoon, SK. We specialize in estate planning and estate administration. We also occasionally handle residential real estate files. Role Description
We are looking for a personable, positive, motivated, and highly organized person to join our team as a full-time Legal Assistant . The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless administrative and legal support. This includes answering telephone calls, managing client communications, preparing legal documents, coordinating schedules, and maintaining accurate records to assist our legal team in delivering top-tier client service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks
- Understanding of the role and responsibilities of Legal Assistants
- Proficiency in office software and case management systems is an asset
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Post-secondary education in a related field is a plus
Job Details
● Monday to Friday, full time (7 hours per day)
● Hourly rate between $28.00 - $35.00/hr (depending on experience and qualifications)
