Biotech Data Governance Lead AI Training

Lead biotech data governance for AI training, focusing on accuracy, lineage, auditability, and clinical research data. Work remotely on a flexible contract.
Alignerr seeks an experienced Biotech Health Data Governance Lead for hourly contract work. You will govern research and clinical trial datasets used in AI training and evaluation. The work connects scientific, technical, compliance, and business stakeholders across regulated life sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Govern biotech research and clinical trial datasets
- Define classification, access, security, and metadata policies
- Enable secure access for analytics and AI development
- Improve data quality and annotation workflows
- Align governance frameworks with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Experience leading governance programs in regulated data environments
- Knowledge of privacy, security, compliance, and regulatory expectations
- Ability to translate complex requirements into standards
- Thorough, consistent, and clear documentation practices
- Reliability in remote, asynchronous work
