Head of Commercial Strategy for SMEs

As the Head of SME & Growth, you will guide all commercial activities in Canada, with a focus on developing and leading a high-impact team. Your leadership will facilitate the scaling of operations and elevate our performance in a rewarding and fast-evolving market. This hybrid position requires you to stay hands-on with the team's efforts and play a crucial role in market success through effective coaching and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

Represent Airwallex to customers and partners across Canada
Design and manage a high-performing team in sales and account management
Shape go-to-market strategies and track commercial metrics
Coach your team on effective execution of deals
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance growth levers

Requirements:

10+ years of commercial leadership experience
Experience managing teams of 10 or more
Strong track record in B2B growth and strategy
Sharp analytical and strategic thinking skills
Background in fintech or high-growth sectors preferred
