Customer Service Cashier at Restaurant

Excel in customer relations as a Front of House Cashier in a dynamic restaurant setting. Showcase your skills in order taking, payment processing, and providing excellent service to delight guests. The Front of House Cashier is the face of our restaurant, responsible for greeting patrons and providing outstanding hospitality. You will interact with customers, assist them with menu selections, and ensure their orders are accurately processed at the Point-of-Sale system. A successful candidate will have strong communication skills and a positive attitude to elevate the overall dining experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly upon entry
- Assist with menu selections and answer questions
- Accurately input orders into the POS system
- Process payments in accordance with company policies
- Ensure the restaurant front remains clean and organized
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a cashier or server is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail in processing orders and transactions
