As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinet & Countertop Fabricator to join our production team.

What You’ll Do:
As a Cabinet & Countertop Fabricator, you’ll play an important role in bringing projects from the shop floor to finished installation. Responsibilities may include:
– Manufacturing and assembling custom cabinetry and millwork components
– Fabricating laminate and solid surface countertops
– Operating woodworking equipment, saws, routers, edge banders, and other shop machinery
– Reading shop drawings and production specifications
– Measuring, cutting, drilling, sanding, and finishing materials
– Installing hardware and cabinet accessories
– Performing quality control inspections to ensure products meet company standards
– Loading, unloading, and handling materials safely
– Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
– Assisting with deliveries and installations when required
– Working closely with designers, project managers, and fellow production staff to meet project deadlines

What We’re Looking For:
– Experience in cabinet manufacturing, woodworking, millwork, countertop fabrication, or a related trade is an asset
– Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and measurements
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
– Comfortable using hand and power tools
– Ability to lift and move materials safely
– Positive attitude and strong work ethic
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Valid driver’s license is considered an asset
