At Jos Will Millwork, we’ve been designing, building, and installing custom cabinetry, countertops, and millwork in Fort McMurray for over 35 years. We take pride in producing quality work for both residential and commercial projects, and we’re looking for someone who shares that same attention to detail.

We’re looking for a Cabinet Installer with some installation experience who is eager to continue developing their skills while working alongside an experienced team. If you enjoy seeing a project come together, take pride in quality workmanship, and want to build a long-term career in the millwork industry, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
– Installing cabinetry, countertops, and millwork in residential and commercial spaces
– Loading, unloading, and safely transporting materials and tools to job sites
– Setting up and maintaining installation tools and equipment
– Reading shop drawings and installation plans
– Ensuring installations are completed to our quality standards
– Working with team members to keep projects on schedule
– Completing warranty and service work when required
– Keeping job sites clean, organized, and professional

What We’re Looking For:
– Minimum 2-5 years of experience installing cabinets, countertops, millwork, or in a related trade
– Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and measurements
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
– Comfortable using hand and power tools safely
– Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
– Professional and respectful when working in clients’ homes and businesses
– Valid Class 5 driver’s licence required
