Genesys Salesforce Developer Position

Seize the opportunity to impact Quote-to-Cash systems as a Salesforce Developer at Genesys, working remotely. Leverage your Salesforce skills to create effective solutions and integrations. Reporting to the Sr. Director, IT Billing & Revenue Systems, this role requires 5-8 years of Salesforce development experience. You will develop custom Salesforce solutions, working across CRM and CPQ while collaborating closely with technical leads to meet business requirements. Your problem-solving skills will be critical in maintaining system integrity and performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Design Salesforce solutions with a focus on maintainability
- Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems
- Conduct unit testing and support quality releases
- Contribute to documentation and release activities
- Collaborate with QA to ensure system functionality
- 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce coding and configuration
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components
- Experience with Salesforce integration and middleware
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication for effective teamwork
