Job Responsibility:
Parkview Dental is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our busy, well-established practice.
As part of the administration team, you are the face of our practice. The successful candidate will have a passion for building strong patient relationships, excellent inter-personal and inter-professional communication skills, and a professional demeanour.
They will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients as they arrive; ensuring a lasting positive impression for them. Optimize appointment schedule to ensure effective use of clinical resources. Respond to patient calls and inquiries regarding appointments, confirmations, changes and cancellations. Follow-up patient requests with the clinical and/or management team, as required.
