Job Description
- Direct the deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of the organization's technology systems.
- Track system performance and resolve issues proactively to reduce downtime.
- Coordinate and deliver infrastructure upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Safeguard data integrity while maintaining effective backup and disaster recovery processes.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to align technology solutions with business goals.

The Successful Applicant
- Enterprise‑level administration of Windows Server, Unix/Linux, Active Directory, Exchange, Hyper‑V, and hybrid cloud environments
- Advanced Microsoft Azure expertise including VMs, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), App Services, Storage, Identity/Azure AD, and Monitoring
- Infrastructure automation and configuration management using PowerShell, Azure Automation, Ansible, and scripting frameworks
- Strong cloud architecture, performance tuning, cost optimization, and deep troubleshooting across on‑prem and Azure platforms
- Hands‑on experience with system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting
